What counts as an "order"?
An order is one purchase order document processed through our system. Whether it's a PDF, email, image, or spreadsheet, each PO counts as one order. If one email contains multiple PO attachments, each attachment counts separately.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties, no questions asked.
What happens if I exceed my included orders?
You'll be charged the overage rate per additional order. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises. You can also set a hard cap if you prefer.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our Free tier includes 10 orders at no cost. Test with your real purchase orders, see the extraction quality, and decide if it's right for you. No credit card required.
Do you offer annual discounts?
